A visit to the Whitsunday Islands from Mackay Qld 4740
The Whitsunday Islands are located off the east coast of Australia near Airlie Beach which is just over an hours drive north from Mackay Qld 4740.
The Whitsunday group of islands comprises 74 islands in total with only a handful inhabited. The 4 most common Resort Islands are :- Hamilton Island, Daydream Island, Hayman Island and Long Island.
Our destination is one of the inhabited islands, These unhabited islands are mostly National Parks.
Hope you enjoy the journey. Most times it’s the journey, not necessarily the destination that is most memorable.
Get out there and make memories – There are thousands just waiting for you in this great country of ours – Australia.
